For top-ups of between RM50 to RM90:
a. Topping-up RM50 or more within 7 days of the
last qualifying top-up will entitle Smartcard
user to 10% bonus credits.

For top-ups of RM100 or more:
a. Topping-up RM100 or more within 7 days of the
last qualifying top-up will entitle Smartcard
user to 16% bonus credits.
Terms & Conditions of Use
(E) Loss of Smartcard
A lost Smartcard will be “blocked”
by the Range when the customer notifies the Range
that his card has been lost and tells the Range
his Smartcard number. The card can be “un-blocked”
once it is found and returned to the customer.
Notes:
1. If there is a lapse of more than 7 days from
the last qualifying top-up, the Bonus Credits
Program will start from the beginning again.
2.
The Smartcard will store up to 99 Bonus Credits
only. Any extra Bonus Credits that make the total
Bonus Credits in the Smartcard exceed 99 will
cause the extra to be lost.
3.
Paid Credits and Bonus Credits are stored in the
Smartcard on a “running balance” basis.
4.
Refunds will be given for Paid Credits only. Bonus
Credits are not refundable for cash.
